General Terms

Real Balance First
Your real money balance is always used before your bonus balance.

Wins on Bonus Balance
Winnings from bonus bets go to your bonus balance — unless the bet completes all wagering requirements, in which case remaining balance transfers to real balance (non-cashable bonuses excluded).

Mixed Bets
If a bet uses both real and bonus funds, any winnings are split proportionally between both balances.
Claiming Bonuses
- If a bonus, free spins or free bingo tickets don't appear automatically, contact Customer Support before placing any bets.
- Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are only available to players who have made at least one successful deposit.
- Free spins winnings are credited to your Bonus Balance and carry a 10x wagering requirement.
- The minimum deposit to qualify for any deposit bonus is £20 (or equivalent currency), unless stated otherwise.
- If your last bonus was a no-deposit bonus, you must make a deposit before using any further bonuses.
Withdrawing With an Active Bonus

Withdrawing while a bonus is active requires you to cancel your entire bonus balance — including any winnings earned from it. This action is irreversible. If we agree to reinstate a cancelled bonus, it will be reset to full wagering conditions regardless of previous progress.

Available only after all current wagering is completed. Visible in your Pending Bonus balance.

Once wagering is complete or the bonus is consumed, the remaining bonus amount is removed — it will never transfer to your real balance.

Maximum Bet During Wagering

While wagering a bonus, your maximum bet is 10% of the original bonus amount or £5 — whichever is lower, with a minimum of £0.10.
Example: On a £20 bonus, max bet = £2. On a £100 bonus, max bet = £5.

Wagering Types

Points & Priority Rules
- For every £1 wagered, you accrue 0.5 points (unless the game has specific exclusions).
- If you have a game-specific bonus, wagering on that game contributes to it first.
- If multiple bonuses are active, wagering applies to the largest bonus first.
- Payouts only apply to the largest bonus that has been used.

If bonus money is wagered and lost before all requirements are met, your next deposit will automatically reset the bonus as Consumed — no further wagering needed. If you want to continue the session and ensure the bonus is consumed, contact support after depositing.
Fair Play & Irregular Play
Fair play means depositing with genuine intent to play and risk your own funds. We have a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse and fraudulent activity.

- Low-margin, equal or zero-risk / hedge betting to exploit bonuses
- Using betting systems or placing even-money bets on Baccarat or Roulette
- Increasing balance then drastically changing bet type/size to meet wagering
- Wagering in one currency then switching to a stronger currency before award

Account Abuse
- Registering multiple accounts to claim bonus funds
- Claiming a promotion you were not the intended recipient of
- Withdrawing without risking the deposit made to receive a bonus
- Having a pending withdrawal when claiming a no-deposit bonus

If irregular play or abuse is identified, we reserve the right to: void and remove winnings, cancel bonuses, suspend accounts, and/or confiscate funds. This applies whether acting alone or in association with others.

Where Tickets Can Be Used

Ticket Expiry
All free bingo tickets have an expiry date and are automatically cancelled if unused. Tickets with the nearest expiry are applied first.

- Pre-buy purchases

BOGOF & Promo Tickets

"Buy X Get Y Free" tickets can only be used in rooms where BOGOF functionality is enabled. These rooms are clearly marked. The most recently issued free ticket must be redeemed before any earlier tickets become available from the queue.
